We ship throughout Spain. The estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 business days from the date of shipment. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control (such as logistical incidents or force majeure events).

6. Exchanges and returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from receipt of order. See the Return policy for details and conditions. For hygiene reasons, returns of intimate products are not accepted if they have been used or unsealed.
